This year has seen us taking on some bigger projects and reaching more people across the local area - North Northants - where all our face to face activities take place.
Our Bike Life programme prioritised NHS and care sector staff enabling them and others to get confident cycling for everyday journeys and be properly equipped to cycle safely. Alongside that our Get Down To Town project brought a wealth of active travel initiatives to our local town centre and our Cycle-Lingo programme helped get local refugees cycling.
Further afield we continue to share ideas with active travel advocacy groups and professionals across the UK. Our Brand My Thingy range of general promotional products which is popular UK wide, has grown too enabling us to continue to plough back 100% of profits into our active travel campaigns.
We've new plans to expand our popular Cycle-Re-Cycle programme which helps get bikes to those who really need them - to get to work, to get to the shops, to improve mental wellbeing and more. We are also working hard to build our projects that help more children be ready to do Bikeability training. So many children miss this opportunity as they don't have a bike so we want to address that.
We'll also continue working on exciting activities in our town centre and share ideas to and from other active travel advocates across the country.
