Kettering Community Cycle Club
Kettering Community Cycle Club was set up in 2022 by Brightwayz and is supported by Cycling UK, Northampton Sport and Sport England (for insurance, storage costs, maintenance and sessions etc)
Our club organises and promotes monthly 'Tour Your Town' short rides within the urban area of Kettering and Burton Latimer for all ages and abilities to enable new riders and those lacking confidance to join a friendly, social ride. Children are welcome (accompanied by responsible adult).
Tour Your Town rides are generally on the last Sunday of every month throughout the year. Some additional rides on request of members, such as a special celebratory 'Coronation Ride' in May 2023.
Throughout the summer we also offer 'Visit Your Villages' rides which are longer but still leisurely and social led rides in our local countryside. A free coffee or soft drink is available to anyone who joins the rides.

Our community cycle rides provide a stepped way to get into cycling. If you find you need more of a challenge than our Visit Your Villages rides we can direct you to our friends at Kettering Cycle Club - which is for more ambitious, longer distance, more competitive riders.
