a) To promote safe, active, sustainable everyday travel for all and reduce car-dependency, particularly through in-person delivery of schemes in Northamptonshire, the supply of active travel campaign products and the publication of information resources.
b) To promote good physical health and mental wellbeing by encouraging and enabling more active lifestyles.
c) To encourage environmental responsibility by promoting and enabling ways of travelling that minimise negative impacts on climate and air quality, and enhance places.
d) To reduce inequalities of access to employment, education, healthcare and other opportunities by improving and promoting transport options for all.
e) To reduce road casualties through the provision of road safety resources, education and development of safe routes for walking, cycling and other active modes of travel.
f) To foster and support the principles and concept of co-operation in its own affairs and in industry and commerce generally, to support the Industrial Common Ownership Movement, and to educate its Members in co-operative principles and management practices.
